Liberals don't like it when conservatives use their free speech rights. They are still used to having the monopoly on public thought. The silent majority is silent no more. 

Now we have alternative media like talk radio, internet, and even a cable news network that challenges their dogmas and insists they give reasons and not just talking points for their assumed worldview.

What really irks the left, is that the ratings of the dinosaur media has plummeted and no one watches them anymore.  They think this is unfair and seek to censor Fox News and Rush Limbaugh insisting they need equal time!  They have ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, Public Radio, Public TV, and all the major news papers but it's not fair!  Since they locked out conservatives every since I can remember back to the Reagan administration, conservatives figured out how to work around them.  They went to radio, cable, and later the internet.

The left has sought repeatedly to duplicate these successes but they haven't been able to hold an audience. Remember Air America?  Ever watch Current TV?  The Left do have a lot of hate blogs, like the Daily Kos, but sites like them only feed red meat to the reds and don't draw a new audience.  

Because most people reject the liberal message they will seek to be heard through unrestricted agencies like the F.C.C.  If we won't watch, they will try to shut down free speech on the other side.  Watch carefully for laws to tame the internet through spectrum allocations and regulations on public air waves.
